Diana's Divine Escape Policies & Information

New policy - if our team member comes to your home/location for the scheduled appointment and no one is home, or client doesn't want appointment,

A $15 fee will be added to the bill on your next appointment.

medical emergencies and some exceptions may be allowed.

• ​​every client is now required to fill out the client information form before an appointment will be booked. found on the second page of website.

​

• Mobile services only available for seniors & those who are ill or immobile or cannot do their own nails. no exceptions apply.

​

• Travel fee will apply - starting at $10 - $15, Taxex are included.

​

• Gloves & masks will be worn for most services. 

​

• if you are comfortable please wear a mask. 

​

• If you or someone in your home is newly sick, or even if Client or family member does not feel well right before appointment, please call to rebook, no charge for canceling appointment if ill.

​

• All supplies including - bags, cases, chairs, bottles, lamps, electric tools are wiped down with disinfectant wipes in between Client visits. 

​

• Towels are washed with bleach to sterilize.

​​

• If appointment is with diana she accepts - debit & credit cards, etransfer, cash & cheques. Credit card over the phone.

​

• Employees will accept cash & cheques. Etransfers and credit card payments can be made over the phone with Diana.

​

• ​We do make appointments and try our best to be on time, but sometimes the weather and/or traffic may not co-operate! If we will be more then 15 min late, we will call. 

​

• Gift Certificates can be purchased via etransfer and I will send you or them a printable customized certificate.

​

• *Diana's Divine Escape adhere to the most stringent  hygiene standards and practices In accordance with government regulations.

• Disposable nail files are used.

​

• Stainless Steel implements are sterilized in |PRE - Empt CS 20 Hospital grade disinfectant.

• Pedicure bowls have plastic disposable liners, changed per use.

​
